Mianmarban legalább negyvenhatan meghaltak a több napja pusztító árvizekben. A monszunesők miatt gyorsan megáradtak a folyók, több helyen földcsuszamlások voltak.
Pakisztánban eddig 118 ember vesztette életét, több mint háromezer ház összedőlt, tízezrek váltak hajléktalanná.
Indiában 56 ezer ház dőlt össze a megáradt folyók miatt. Félmillió hektár termés van víz alatt. A mentéshez a hadsereget is bevetették.
